This application provides the interaction of the staff with the QMS.
This application perform;
- Local computer peripherals communication,
- MySQL database communication,
- Login system (with active directory or local control),
- Ticket (token) calling from system,
- Postpone ticket,
- Recall last number,
- Manually call number from system,
- Fictive ticket call,
- Transfer ticket to another staff,
- Customer flow management,
- Management of previously called tickets (history),
- TCP/IP socket client and server,
- Voice recording of the conversation between the customer and the staff then archiving of these records with using TCP/IP socket communication and web services.
- Digital signage management on second monitor,
- Supports multiple languages.
